These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Platform operated by HireSense.ai. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Definitions

• “Platform” refers to hiresense.ai, app.hiresense.ai, and any related services operated by HireSense.ai
• “User” refers to any individual or organisation accessing or using the Platform
• “Content” refers to all data, reports, insights, benchmarks, and intelligence delivered through the Platform
• “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions together with any order form or service agreement entered into between HireSense.ai and the User

Use of the Platform

Access to the Platform is granted for lawful, business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Content without prior written consent from HireSense.ai
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform by automated means
• Use the Platform to harm, deceive, or infringe on the rights of any third party
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals

HireSense.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any User who violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

All Content, software, data, methodologies, and materials available through the Platform are the exclusive property of HireSense.ai or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the User.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your agreement with HireSense.ai.

Data and Accuracy

HireSense.ai aggregates talent intelligence from multiple public, proprietary, and partner data sources. While we take significant measures to ensure accuracy, all Content is provided for informational and decision-support purposes. HireSense.ai does not guarantee that any data, benchmark, or insight is complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information before making business decisions based on it.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify HireSense.ai immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

HireSense.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, compromised, or in breach of these terms.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in those documents.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HireSense.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if HireSense.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

HireSense.ai’s total liability to any User for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by that User to HireSense.ai in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HireSense.ai harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Modifications to the Platform

HireSense.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
