Role overview
Join HireSense.ai and help design AI-powered talent intelligence products that simplify workforce planning, hiring, and compensation decisions for enterprise teams.
You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to create intuitive experiences that transform complex workforce data into simple, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered web experiences from concept to delivery.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Maintain and evolve the design system.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience designing SaaS products.
- Understanding of responsive and accessibility principles.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
